By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the information you provide to HOPPS is accurate;

3. Victorian Liquor Warning
Where required by Victorian liquor laws, the prescribed liquor warning and our liquor licence number will be displayed at the relevant point of sale or elsewhere on the website.
Our liquor licence number may also be displayed in advertising and promotional material where required.
Victorian requirements for off-premises alcohol orders include displaying the liquor licence number on the website or ordering platform and displaying the prescribed under-18 warning where customers place their orders.
4. Responsible Consumption
HOPPS supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.
Our alcoholic products are intended only for adults aged 18 years and over.
Nothing on the HOPPS website or in our marketing is intended to encourage excessive, irresponsible or unlawful consumption of alcohol.
Please enjoy HOPPS responsibly.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, ingredients, alcohol content, pack sizes, prices and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
Actual product packaging, colours, appearance or other details may occasionally differ from images displayed online.
All products are subject to availability. We may introduce, change, limit or discontinue products from time to time.
6. Orders
When you submit an order through the HOPPS website, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
An order is not necessarily accepted simply because payment details have been submitted.
HOPPS may refuse or cancel an order where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be processed;
- incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- age requirements have not been satisfied;
- delivery cannot lawfully be completed; or
- accepting or fulfilling the order would breach our liquor licence or applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide an appropriate refund.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the HOPPS website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing and delivery information.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.
8. Alcohol Delivery
HOPPS may deliver products directly or use third-party delivery providers.
All alcohol deliveries are subject to Victorian liquor laws, our liquor licence conditions and any applicable requirements in the destination state or territory.
For off-premises orders in Victoria, alcohol deliveries cannot be completed after 11:00 pm. For same-day orders, alcohol must be delivered to a person and cannot be left unattended.
Delivery availability, timeframes and fees may vary according to your location and will be communicated during checkout where applicable.
9. Age Verification on Delivery
HOPPS and its delivery partners may require proof of age before handing over an order containing alcohol.
An order may be refused where:
- the recipient is under 18;
- acceptable proof of age cannot be provided when required;
- the recipient appears intoxicated or delivery would otherwise be unlawful;
- there is reason to believe the alcohol is being supplied to a minor; or
- completing the delivery would breach applicable liquor laws or licence conditions.
Additional verification requirements may apply to first-time customers, gift orders and certain types of delivery.
10. Unattended Deliveries
Alcohol will not be left unattended where doing so is prohibited by law.
In Victoria, same-day alcohol orders must be delivered to a person and cannot be left unattended.
Where unattended delivery is legally permitted, it may be subject to additional conditions, including previous age verification and appropriate delivery instructions.
HOPPS and its delivery partners may refuse to leave alcohol at any location where doing so would be unsafe, inappropriate or unlawful.
11. Interstate Orders
HOPPS may make its products available for delivery to other Australian states and territories.
Availability may vary according to location.
Orders and deliveries remain subject to any applicable liquor licensing, age verification and delivery requirements in the destination jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery to locations where we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfil an order.
12. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products
If your HOPPS order arrives damaged, incorrect, faulty or otherwise does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at admin@drinkhopps.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order details.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Nothing in our returns policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumer guarantees apply automatically, including to online purchases, and businesses cannot remove these rights through their terms and conditions.
Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a replacement or refund. Other remedies may apply depending on the nature of the problem.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind, unless HOPPS separately offers a change-of-mind policy. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
13. Promotions & Discount Codes
HOPPS may offer discount codes, competitions, giveaways, bundles, promotions or special offers from time to time.
Separate terms may apply to individual promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotions may be limited to particular products, quantities or periods;
- promotional codes may not be combined with other offers; and
- HOPPS may withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
Promotions involving alcoholic products are available only to persons aged 18 years or older.
14. Product Availability
HOPPS products may occasionally sell out or become temporarily unavailable.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve that product.

The website may also contain links to third-party websites or services.
Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
HOPPS is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

- unlawful or improper use of our products;
- incorrect information supplied by a customer;
- unauthorised use of a customer's account caused by the customer's failure to protect their credentials; or
